Track order is the problem with FoTS, shoulda started with title track. Cracking album, underrated, better than Rock or Bust. Charlie Watts will be drummer at Grammy's.

On an AC/DC forum they claimed that Charlie is on the invite list for the Grammy's. For the Grammy's lotsa people like Lars Ulrich, Mike Portnoy or Dave Grohl may want to be the drummer for the show but who would DC want, I mean they opened for the Stones, so Charlie makes some sense. Phil Rudd won't get a visa for US.

This is only about an hour away from where I live so I'm definitely going. Whitesnake was my first love and still one of my favorite bands so this will be my 3rd time seeing them. Never seen Night Ranger and I really love their discography so this should be a great show.

It also features an 8 track live cd recorded late last year at a special show in London, tracklisting:
Backstreet symphony The thing you want (new track) Low life in high places Be good to yourself (cover) Wonder days (new track) The devil made me do it Resurrection day (new track) Up around the bend (cover)

Always been a huge fan! Can't wait. Hopefully they will be on the shows we get to this year! Even without it being a tribute to Steve it's a great song! But I can't help but get goosebumps almost when I hear it.

I hope they stay for the tour after the US and they support in the UK, although I feel that Leps may add someone bigger in the UK as they support.

Only from seeing them 3 times,
Blue Collar Fooling Yourself Grand Illusion Come Sail Away Renegade Roboto Too Much Time on My Hands.
We aren't gonna hear half of them though. (They hardly ever play Roboto - I guess too much DeYoung or something.
And I bet you know Grand Illusion if you heard it.

Remember, don't rip on is too hard as we are still DL fans first and foremost, but recognize and could sing along to ALL of these and except Witch Wolf, which as of right now, can't even think of how that one goes and would have to bring out the cassette tape again to see how it goes!
And one of my all time Styx favorites is Best of Times...I get choked up every time I hear it, I know, what a wuss am I...
I guess when a particular cassette or two is played until it fades out because it's in your car forever, you can't help but hold a special place in your heart for certain groups; Def Leppard, Styx, Billy Squier, Ted Nugent, Nazareth, REO, Boston, Van Halen, Head East, 38 special, ELO, Supertramp, Foghat, Foriegner, Loverboy, and the list goes on. Late 70's, early 80's were the Best of Times!

Tesla doesn't play this song live with any regularity. You never know when it will show up on their set list. Given they're listed as support, will have a shorter set and this song is a full 6 minutes, it will be interesting to see if they do play it on this tour. If you aren't familiar with Tesla live, they just come out and rock it hard.

Since they are opening for Def Leppard and this song is a tribute of sorts to Steve i will think that they play it during the tour atleast for some shows...
Im hoping that they will play it at the show(s) that i will attend...

When I saw Tesla open for Lep back in '05, they didn't play "Song & Emotion." Hopefully they will this time around.
Assuming they play any shows I go to...

I can pretty much sing along to every one of those songs!

Listening to Symplicity, singers voice sounds a bit frazzled, like a razor. For all that, good stuff.

VH was my oldest sister's favorite band. She was 14 years older than me. She would have been 51 this year (she passed away in 2012). She used to babysit me a lot when I was little. I was 5 years old when VH's 1984 album came out. She used to play it over and over. The intro music before Jump used to scare me. She would play it really loud and tell me there was a ghost in the bedroom...lol.
