In the last few months I've seen Greta Van Fleet with Goodbye June, Tom Keifer, Foo Fighters and The Struts, Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Alter Bridge, Kix, and The Connells, now I'm done for the year. So far next year I've got in January (hopefully) Dorothy, and Black Label Society/Corrosion of Conformity;in February- G3, Robert Plant, Far Too Jones, Sons of Appollo, and Y&T; in March, Firehouse; in April, Richie Kotzen; in July Foreigner/Whitesnake/JBLZE, and maybe Weezer and The Pixies. I need some DL and Fleetwood Mac dates to plan my schedule! Need to update my list. I did not make it to Dorothy. All of the February shows were great. In March I added the two Last In Line shows in Ohio.❤️ This month I saw Bush in Raleigh and it was so great I had to go to the Charlotte show too, so I had to give up Richie Kotzen. My fb friends know I'm obsessing on Bush and Gavin right now. 😂 I also added Bon Jovi next week. In May I'll see Blackberry Smoke and Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown. In June, Def Leppard/Journey in Raleigh (was hoping for Charlotte too but can't make it) and Styx/Joan Jett/Tesla, maybe Lynyrd Skynyrd with Cheap Trick. In July added Indigo Girls. In August, taking my girls to Taylor Swift; hoping I can make it to Bush/STP/Cult;and 3 Doors Down/Collective Soul;hoping to add DL/Journey in Columbia.

Saw He.e.a.t last night at Melodic Rock Fest in Chicago and Wow...they blew they blew the roof off the place!
Saw Crazy Lixx too and they were also great...but H.e.a.t was on another level.
I would so love to see them on a big stage opening for Def Leppard...miss the old days when it would've happened.
Just fantastic and a great warmup for seeing Leppard in a few weeks:)

I mean these guys are an amazing young band..who wouldn't want them on a tour ..especially in europe. They remind me so much of Skid Row in the early days. I'd like to see them massive in North America. Sweden is pumping out so much great talent that it's unreal.

Tickets booked for the Saturday at Download Festival which is headlined by Guns n Roses who are reportedly doing a 3 hour set. The only other bands I really fancy seeing that day are Black Stone Cherry and Thunder. But I'm looking forward to it. Amazingly day tickets for that one were £20 more expensive than day tickets for the Friday and Sunday nights.

I'm doing Download too, but Saturday and Sunday. Looking forward to Guns n Roses, Thunder, Black Stone Cherry, Temperance Movement, Shinedown, In This Moment, Wayward sons and curious about Frodo Baggins and Greta Van Fleet sounding like the mighty Zep.

Mr Big June Shanghai Dan Reed Network July Malmo 3 Iron Maiden July in Zagreb and Krakow Iced Earth July in Berlin, my friend is a huge fan, they are god awful! Like a 10th rate Judas Priest. Wolf Alice August Shanghai. Childish Gambino October Vanouver Beyonce / Jay Z October Vancouver Def Leppard October Vancouver and Sacramento
Guns N Roses have just confirmed Saturday show in Taipei, Taiwan in November but if show not promoted by Live Nation will need a local debit card to get tickets which is a bit like most shows in Japan. I teach a lot of Taiwanese maybe an ethical issue asking their parents to buy GnR tickets for me!!!
Waiting on Lepps Japan announcement. I have a friend just got a job offer to work at an international school in Yokohama would be good to visit him and his family. Buying tickets for Japanese shows fiendishly difficult for those who don't live in the country.

After seeing Geoff Tate back in January performing Operation mindcrime, he’s announced a handful of dates for November and one of them is virtually on my doorstep. It would be rude not to go.

Very excited to be spending "an evening with" EUROPE tonight, on their first ever Australian tour. If you've never explored them past The Final Countdown, I'd highly recommend it - great band.

Went to see Bryan Adams last night in Manchester.
Ultimate Love Can't Stop This Thing We Started Run to You Go Down Rockin' Heaven This Time It's Only Love Please Stay Cloud #9 You Belong to Me Summer of '69 Here I Am When You're Gone (Everything I Do) I Do It for You Back to You Somebody Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman? The Only Thing That Looks Good on Me Is You Cuts Like a Knife 18 til I Die I'm Ready Brand new Day ---------------- I Could Get Used to This I Fought the Law Whiskey in the Jar Straight From the Heart All for Love
I think I'd been spoilt at the last 2 tours I've caught because they were the Reckless 30th anniversary tour and also the Waking up the Neighbours 20th anniversary tour. This latest one for me contained too many acoustic numbers. Don't get me wrong he was great as always, but the pace was slowed down so often with acoustic stuff and covers too. Not quite as many people there last night either, floor and lower tier looked full, whereas the upper tier had some curtained off areas. Having said that Ed Sheeran was also playing in Manchester at Manchester Citys ground, so maybe that was a factor too. But he was good and he never seems to change vocally, hes so consistent and his band is excellent too, I think most of them have been with him for the majority of his career.

Wow. What a catalog celebration! 😂 He definitely could have picked a couple more singles to have thrown in lol. But he played what he needed to I suppose.
