Received email today from Ticketmaster that my ticket been changed from e-ticket to print at home only. Has changed on my app to so looks legitimate. Flagging it in case people not received and it may have gone in their junk folders. Same to me. Now sure why this change… A few days ago I got in touch with Ticketmaster to understand how I can sell my tix in case I wont be able to fly to Sheffield and they explained me about e-ticket being usually release only 3/4 days prior to the events and how to resell it inside the Ticketmaster website. And today the eticket became a print at home ticket and the sell option is not available 🤔😳🙄

I forget the sites name now right now, but I was able to sell them and I had to print the tickets and post them by a trackable postal method. Have they changed it now so you can't resell them?

Printed my tickets today, doors open at 4.15pm.
Is WVH at this show too or are Vivas the only confirmed support band so far?

Or.... maybe DL have something currently unknown planned for Sheffield? Extra-long set?? Shocking no established support act such as The Darkness as an example. I’d even like someone like Terrorvision. Hopefully an extra long set to compensate!

It must mean that they domt need a support sct and that they will have something special planned that prolongs their set a bit.

Down to 350 seated tickets, imagine sell those with all the activity in Sheffield in next couple of days.
Both standing sections on sale, though for many weeks listed as sold out. Think for box office reporting will be reported as sell out of about 35000.

Sitting listening to new album along with my breakfast. Starting the journey to Sheffield with 5 30am bus to Belfast city airport. Heading to show tonight as well . Hopefully see some forum members for a chat and a sneaky Guinness if it’s any good in Sheffield lol 😂 Safe travels to everyone going and remember music is therapeutic and brings people together.

No chance Andy. I'm sure you know, Pete has never made an appearance actually playing with the band anywhere not least any time they've played Sheffield over the years. He's doing his own thing in property and I don't think they have the sort of relationship to make that happen. He didn't turn up for the rock and roll hall of fame although he was invited. Deep down I know its not going to happen. But also they're at a stage in their career where they haven't got too many more years left in front of them. So to me bringing Pete out at such a big show in their home town to play something like Wasted or Switch in honour of Steve would be perfect. I think it would get a great reaction. He was spotted with Leps was backstage at Sheffield in 2002, but sadly maybe neither party has any interest in it. I totally agree Andy, as a nostalgic thing, anything involving Pete or mention of Steve is very emotional for us long time fans. I don't think Pete does anything on the music front anymore does he? I don't think he even plays anymore so I doubt he could perform anything like that anyway. I would like to think he would be a guest or just go like the rest of us but I suspect the whole thing is probably bitter sweet. I would also like to think Steve's brother would be there for this. I think this show is significant because it may be the last time we see them in Sheffield in stadium setting. It's the reason I'm driving from London to see this instead of going to the Wembley show

Nope, will be first time for me.
What time are you heading in? Doors open at 1600, but I need to check-in at my hotel first.
Good advice a few posts back on the whole bag thing...

If Def Leppard play for 90 minutes, and there is a 30 minute break, and Motley Crue play for 90 minutes, that would be 3.5 hours before the show finishes. If that is slated for 2330, then MC would be on around 2000ish. But, all of that is a bit of a guess on my part. If I was desperate to see MC, I would probably try 1930 or even 1900 to be safe.

I’ve been reliably informed that Vivas are on at 5.30pm, Leps are on at 8.45pm, not sure about Crue but I’m going to guess 6.30pm.

I think curfew is actually 22.30 there so yes they will be starting a bit earlier. I think Wembley is 22.30 these days too. I'm sure con erts used to finish later than that back in the day

I'm sure concerts used to finish later than that back in the day Heard the same on Saturday that the curfew was half ten. Hopefully Leps can take their allotted stage time to the max with a couple of extra goodies in the set. In reality they should IMO, there’s no other big band on the bill with Leps and Crue so they should add a bit more.

Just having a pint in The Furnace Bar around the corner from Bramsll Lane. Not one for queuing early for front. Will head down around 6ish. Motley on at 6.45. Weather last few days has been warm and sunny. Luck of the Irish maybe 😆
