7pm start means no Poison or Joan Jett (fine by me!). Hopefully scope for more than 90 mins from the Leps. I'm sure Motley don't want more than 90 mins so I hope this doesn't prevent Leps from flexing here!

I'm sure Motley don't want more than 90 mins so I hope this doesn't prevent Leps from flexing here! When I saw Leps / Crue tour 2011 they had Steel Panther on before them for half an hour or so. So I think that they'll have someone else on before both of them rather than have Crue opening.

I can’t see them having MC closed this show for sure!

I can’t see them having MC closed this show for sure! Absolutely no chance and I think the same would be true at any UK show. Crue just aren't big enough here.

Would love to see Poison for that half hour before personally..
Reserved a room too. Surprised at how many around the stadium were already gone? Maybe it is always like that.

I've also booked a Sheffield hotel in the hope that this will be confirmed. I live in N Ireland and I'll go to either the Sheffield or Dublin gig. However, Dublin hotel prices are absolutely absurd, even mid-week, so even with flights it might be cheaper for me to go to Sheffield.

THis has been almost a dream for years. To see the band in Sheffield and even at a stadium.
Visit Steves grave and pay my respects.

Sav will love that, NOT! lol If they play Wembley Stadium it will be well out of my, and many others price range which will be sad. Could just about afford the O2 but if their doing stadium's, it'll be Wembley for London, if at all

Going to this with 3 friends and they have to sit as one of them has a dodgy back, but the seats allocated on the presale were in the furthest corner away from the stage high up in the stand on the side of the pitch. Theres no way 2 sides of the ground have sold out in the artist presale, I suspect they aren't putting all the blocks on sale yet so I'll probably til the end of week to get tickets for this.

Finally managed to somehow (I don’t know how) to find a seat map and booked seats for this on the side. Roughly level with the thrust.
I paid £139 each for my seats, some of the seats just a handful of rows in front were ten times that and were classed as gold circle vip seats.
For anyone interested general admission gold circle standing (a fenced off area at the front) were also £139 and general admission standing (on the rest of the pitch behind the gold pig pen) were £90.

It is possible for anyone to buy tickets if fan club member, but if not member of fan club got to pay extra 56 pounds for membership of fan club.
Looking at seating maps either restricted number of seats on sale or a lot of Def Leppard fan club members out there!

That’s roughly the price of the fan club if you sign up through Def leppard website. I signed up. Got tickets in the gold circle for £140

I'd like to think that they could persuade Pete Willis to make a guest appearance here on a track if he was up for it. Why not bring it full circle?
Also, I think they missed the boat with not releasing the full Don Valley show (yet) from 1993, so given that this gig would their first stadium show in Sheffield for almost 30 years it would be very remiss of them if they didn't film this show IMO.

3 days between this concert and German show. If sellout super quick and London Lytham sell strongly would second show be added?

Not sure i'll be attending this one, only reason being i can't for the life of me agree with this pricing structure, charging more for getting closer to the stage... Golden circle? I disagree with this American style of seat selling being pushed on those who want to watch them in the UK.

I disagree with this American style of seat selling being pushed on those who want to watch them in the UK. I agree to a certain extent. Personally I think the golden circle standing price of £139 isn't too bad considering its going to be 90mins of 2 big bands. I just paid £80 for Iron Maiden so in comparison I think the Leps/Crue tickets are good value. However the other pricing structures within that golden circle are outrageous, fair play to anyone that can afford to pay that for the privileges they get, but I get why that would upset some fans as its putting a monetary divide in that prevents people getting closer to the band they love. But that sthe way of the world in terms of concerts these days.

I have bought Golden Circle for maiden and metallica which is good for me as not type to push my way to front. Prefer GC slightly higher prices to the seated Platinum tickets Ticketmaster uses to fleece people. Will buy GC for Glasgow, hope floor seats Wembley still available tomorrow, otherwise back row of a section somewhere.

To charge £139 to be in some fenced off "golden circle" right at the front of the stage or otherwise pay £90 to be far behind the stage, means the more money you've got the better experience you will have? This is not treating your loyal fans fairly. It's very disappointing it has come down to this.

I hear you clepp but look at the seating map for Wembley. Motley Crue VIP tickets are 2000 pounds, cheapest platinum ticket on the floor is 180 pounds and that is 50 meters from the stage. At least with Golden Circle you can stand at the back, relatively few people as most push to the front, and be close to the stage. And it's cheaper.

Whenever I've been to a Stadium show in Manchester, lower tier seating has been unallocated, meaning if you want to stand you can do but if you get tired/it gets a bit rough you can take a seat. Not looked at tickets for this (yet) but I'd be surprised if this wasn't the case with these shows.

Got my tickets yesterday. Golden circle. Expensive I know but haven’t been to a Leppard concert since 2018 so I think it’s deserved!

90% of seats sold, doing well. Back in the day Ticketmaster would have different shades of blue for sections to show availability, now same shade, doesn't matter if 1 or 200 tickets not sold. Well on way to being sold out.
