As I troll IG, Twitter, FB and other message boards it is very apparent that a lot of MC fans are going to be surprised when they realize DL is the headliner for the show they attend. Lots of people still don't know this tour is co-headline.

Who knows....? I just can't wait until we get to the point where stuff doesn't need to be cancelled just because somebody has COVID. When does this start getting treated like the "normal" flu used to? You went about your business if you felt good enough and you took time off if you didn't. But it wasn't automatic cancellations. Either way, I'm sure shows will probably be cancelled at some point along the line as that's just the nature of things today. I suspect the show would probably go on as long as Leppard and Motley aren't the ones cancelling since they're the headliners. For me, if Leppard weren't playing, I wouldn't be interested at all in going so I'd be pretty upset if the show went on without them and would be calling live nation demanding a refund. Fingers crossed it goes well. Click on his profile pic instagram it’ll show his story The Rolling Stones cancelled their show tonight in Amsterdam, just a couple of hours before they hit the stage, Mick Jagger tested positive. Scary to think that it takes one person to bring this whole show down for who knows how many days. Thinking that maybe if someone form Joan Jett's band or Poison gets it, they would not cancel as long as Motley and Leppard are intact...thoughts?

I think those will vary a little since there is another band before Joan, Classless Act, assuming they will get 20m of time only...

This is for the Washington DC date: This might mean that the curfew might not be at 11pm, thus the set times are different, taking Classless Act into consideration.
Important Reminders BEFORE THE SHOW NEW BAG POLICY: Any bag larger than a clutch must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Fans with diaper or medical bags may use ADA/Family lanes at the Center Field and Home Plate gates. For specific details, please see the Nationals Park Bag Policy at nationals.com/bagpolicy or click HERE. Binbox: In the event you cannot bring in an item (i.e. sign or bag), there will be Binbox positioned outside Right Field Gate and Home Plate Gate; they will be in position at 2:30 p.m. and will remain in position until one hour after the concert concludes. Security personnel will be in position at both Binbox locations, and Binbox staff will be onsite at each location to troubleshoot any website/app issues for purchases. Gates and Show Times: Gates open at approximately 3:30 p.m. The show starts at approximately 4:30 p.m. The show will conclude at approximately 12:00 a.m. Times are all subject to change. Will Call: Located at the Main Box Office on N St. SE, to the left of Center Field Gates, will open at 12:00 p.m. Windows 1-8 at the Main Box Office will be open to assist ticket buyers. Those picking up tickets will be required to present both a picture ID showing designated Will Call name and the credit card used for purchase. Third party Will Call WILL NOT be accepted for this event. We expect there to be a significant number of guests picking up tickets at Will Call, so please allow extra time and plan accordingly. I think those will vary a little since there is another band before Joan, Classless Act, assuming they will get 20m of time only... I bet those set times are pretty accurate for the handful of shows that start at 4. But the 4:30 start shows, as you said, will probably vary a bit

I have to think some merchandise (shirts) was prepped for the 2020 shows that didn't happen. I wonder what happened to that stuff if it existed?

So which and how many new songs are they gonna play?
Viv said many. Phil said 3-4. Joe said 2-3.
Almost 100%: TWYW Kick
Probably: Fire It Up. Not sure if this really fits and will go down well live.
My choice as third song: Gimme A Kiss
Other songs they might try: SOS? U Rok Mi?? Something played more acousticly???

Hysteria will rule the show: min 6 songs then the rest: catalog & DSH.
Don't see any extras being done..unless a possible late night and they close?

First show:
Take What You Want Fire It Up Animal Foolin’ Armageddon It Kick Love Bites Excitable
This Guitar (acoustic/semi) HYENSSB (acoustic/semi) TSB (acoustic/semi)
Rocket BOTH Switch 625 Hysteria PSSOM
ROA Photograph
Reflections: - They sound good! - No electric songs at all from between Hysteria and DSH albums and only BOTH/625 from before Pyromania. - Four new songs; the obvious and great opener (TWYW) and the three songs Phil wrote with outside writers. - They are more or less only playing songs from the three "diamond albums". - The more rocking or epic songs are put aside in favor for ballads and glam stompers. - Fire It Up seems even more disjointed and unfinished live. I think it might be the first one to go (and before they come to Europe hopefully also Excitable and the acoustic set has gone). Ain't holding my breath though, lol.

Anyone know of a good way to save money on tickets? Ticketmaster is charging $60/ ticket on fees which is ridiculous.

Just checked the tour dates and if they keep rotating the closing band, DL will be the last to hit the stage in Phoenix! Could have been mentioned before but has it been confirmed that they will be rotating the closing act with Crue for the American leg of the tour?

I saw one complaint on Twitter about the 4 new songs killing the flow. The responses were all positive saying, “good for them” “that takes balls.”
I think it would help to move Fire It Up elsewhere.

Could have been mentioned before but has it been confirmed that they will be rotating the closing act with Crue for the American leg of the tour? The last time I looked at the Ticketmaster listings and counted, TM had DL closing 20 and MC closing 16, but in at least one recent interview Joe said DL and MC are each closing 18. Assuming that's true, there are some errors on the TM listings. But, yes, it's 100% certain that DL and MC do alternate who is closing.

If you think you might be interested in purchasing any of The Stadium Tour show posters, keep an eye on this page in the DL online shop: The Stadium Tour Show PostersCurrently only the Atlanta poster is available, but any that don't sell out at the other shows should also be available. $75 at the show, $50 + shipping online.

I really like Ross' photography. He's always done the band justice.

I really like Ross' photography. He's always done the band justice. Definitely preferred Ross over Ash Newell. I found his photos way too over the top.
