I know you’re not affiliated to the Fan club, but I’m after some advice please and you guys are more experienced than me in this area! It says in the Fan Club that membership only covers 4 tickets. Can anyone tell me please if that 4 per show or 4 in total? We’re two couples wanting to do multiple shows….. Also, has anyone seen any ideas of ticket prices yet. TicketMaster’s dynamic pricing record has made me very nervous!

Think per show. Ticketmasters dynamic pricing is a pain! In UK think tickets for Sheffield and Lytham will go fast, London and Glasgow much slower. Prioritise shows want to go to most.

TicketMaster’s dynamic pricing record has made me very nervous! When the Rock Brigade Concert Club first started, it was 4 tickets per show. Can't remember if that changed in 2018 or 2019, but I seem to remember we had a lot of discussion about it because everyone was unsure if 4 was a per show limit or total number of tickets allowed to be purchased and also if it was 4 per tour or 4 per year. As I recall, I and others contacted concert club admin and the response was it's 4 tickets total within your one-year membership.

A lot depends which shows you want to go to. Wembley 80000, Hampden 40000 doubt will sell out so plenty of time to buy.
Sheffield and Lytham should sell quickly. Live Nation has its own presale as well as Leppard, just register with LN. On day tickets go on sale if you can be online when they go on sale shouldn't be a problem.
I live Thailand, just tried to use my RBS visa card to make sure it works for when tickets go on sale. Not working! Just found out RBS replacing visa debit cards with Mastercard debit cards. Got to sort out fast.

The world tour of 2023. Do you think M&G of Def Leppard will do Social Distancing again for 2023?

The tour is getting plugged heavily on Planet Rock, already heard 2 ads for it this morning in just 3 hours worth of programming.

Pre-sale question for anyone in the know..... is your rock brigade fan club code good for just 4 tickets total, or 4 tickets per show?

Cindy answered that thinks 4 tickets per year. On this thread, just above.

Cindy answered that thinks 4 tickets per year. On this thread, just above. Interestingly I used my 4 tickets on Sheffield. Tried to book Wembley today and it accepts my pre-sale code to go and pick tickets, but won't let me buy them yet as it says theres an issue with the connection.

Motley Crue Guitarist Mick Mars to Retire From Touring (EXCLUSIVE)By Jem Aswad, Shirley Halperin Motley Crue guitarist and founding member Mick Mars will no longer tour with the band, although he will continue as a member, a rep for the musician tells Variety. The full statement reads: Mick Mars, co-founder and lead guitarist of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe for the past 41 years, has announced today that due to his ongoing painful struggle with Ankylosing Spondylitis (A.S.), he will no longer be able to tour with the band. Mick will continue as a member of the band, but can no longer handle the rigors of the road. A.S. is an extremely painful and crippling degenerative disease, which affects the spine. There was no immediate word on who will replace Mars (pictured above, far right) as the band’s touring guitarist. The news comes days after the group announced another leg of their co-headlining tour with Def Leppard, which is slated to cover Latin America and Europe from February through July of 2023. The two groups recently wrapped a North American tour. The group announced in 2014 that it was embarking on a “farewell” tour and played what was billed as a final show on Dec. 31, 2015, but announced in 2019 that they would reunite for another tour the following year. However, that tour was postponed twice before finally taking place earlier this year. Mars, 71 (real name: Robert Deal), has struggled with the disease since his late teens but soldiered through for many years, as noted by Ultimate Classic Rock. He spoke about his first experiences with it in the group’s 2001 biography “The Dirt.” “My hips started hurting so bad every time I turned my body that it felt like someone was igniting fireworks in my bones. I didn’t have enough money to see a doctor, so I just kept hoping that I could do what I usually do: will it away, through the power of my mind. But it kept getting worse.” “Then, one afternoon while doing my laundry,” he continued, “I started having trouble breathing. At first, it felt like someone had plunged a knife into my back. But as the weeks passed, the pain kept moving around my back. Next, my stomach started burning, and I worried that my whole body was about to fall apart. I thought that there was a hole in my stomach, and acids were leaking out and destroying my bones and organs. I’d grab hold of doorknobs, anchor my legs into the ground, and pull with my hands to stretch my back and ease the pressure out.” By the early 2000s, his condition had worsened and he lost a large amount of weight and became addicted to painkiller. However, he later had successful hip surgery and was able to tour extensively with the group. “I kept getting worse and worse, and I just stopped playing guitar for almost two years,” he told Metal Sludge in 2008. “Nowadays, it’s not so bad, but back then when I was high on all that stuff and Motley were having a break, I knew if I didn’t stop I was gonna die. In the end, I had to go to a neuro-psychiatrist to straighten me up and he said to me, ‘Just hold the guitar for an hour a day – don’t play it, just hold it.’ It was pretty bizarre but I got through it, and in the end I think I’m actually a better player because of it.” Source

The news about Mick leaked last week didn't it and really its no surprise given the rigours of having to travel to a lot of countries. I'd imagine that a tour within the US was a bit easier for him to manage. It'll be interesting to see how this news is greated by Crue fans who were intending to go to these shows.

Did not receive the One Time Password to buy tickets, so spent hour trying to get through to bank to change how I get a password. Meant could not get tickets I wanted for Wembley, bit further away from stage. Still on the field.
Got standing tickets for Switzerland as well.
Overall happy with getting tickets for 4 shows, cannot wait. Crue close 3 of those just means I can beat the rush!

Got Gold Circle at Sheffield, haven't been to Sheffield since the Yeah tour so really looking forward to returning. I got great seats at Wembley via the fanclub presale, just to the side of the thrust. I've never been to Wembley before so this will hopefully be amazing experience. Why is Sheffield 6 weeks before the other UK and Ireland shows? Is it just that they are starting and ending this leg of the tour with hometown gigs?

My guess is that the Sheffield show is at the end of May because it’s close to the end of the football season. If they delay the show into June or July then it won’t allow the groundsmen to do the necessary work on the pitch in time for the start of the next season in early august.

I'll be in Munich, Germany and Krakow, Poland. It'd be GREAT if anyone from here will be at either of those shows. Maybe we can meet up and help each other navigate around.

I've been keeping my eye on Ticketmaster out of interest to see how ticket sales are going - essentially I want the lads to do well. As of today 'dynamic pricing' has kicked in on Ticketmaster and I'm left speechless at how it's distorted ticket prices. Not good.

Prices can go down. Platinum tickets and some VIP tickets become regular price closer to event. Saturday about 100 blue dots, available tickets, on the floor popped up for Wembley, better seats than I bought Friday. Not sure if Ticketmaster playing games or people not following through on buy now, pay later.
Still, Wembley selling well.
Would be great to meet people before gig.

Would rather see them indoors. If I miss this tour so be it. Plus Crue will be dreadful and until other bands announced got no interest. Now if Poison & Joan Jett had been included I'd have tickets sorted.

I’m waiting for one-day tickets to be available for Sweden Rock, it’s just 45 minutes or so by car from where I live. They’ve headlined there four times I think. I saw them twice, 2006 and 2008. However, I’m not very fond of festivals though, I wouldn’t mind them announcing more shows in Scandinavia, all shows here are festivals. I’d love to see a stand alone show even if that would mean an arena rather than a stadium.
