Yeah, I’d have lost that bet! I thought for sure we’d only get 11 or 12 tracks this time around. It’s really encouraging they believed in the material enough to actually put out 15. 15 huh..breaks the hysteria record of 12 😁. Tells us the songs could be short n sweet and interesting titles and add me to the list, hoping it's similar to the 2015 release with some edge and the cover: prefer the red/ yellow myself..hehehe. I bet Joe was talking to Robert Plant about his enjoyment singing with Alison Krauss, and Robert probably said the Lepps should get her on some songs with them. And the vertical line under the eye is actually the High-N-Dry diver. |

That’s really the only one that really made wince a little lol It could be another “All Night” which was awful. I guess I must be one of the few who actually really love this song?!! I also believe that given the musical climate at the time, this would've done ok as a single, given what many other pooular songs at the time were all about and such, ajd perhaps been a useful "crossover" track to a different audience. Guess we'll never know now. I used to play it on the drums with double kick, which made it rock harder and more fun!!! |

All Night is in the 1% I refuse to put on my playlist. It was an awful Prince rip off. Sounds like your version is better! |

I didn’t dislike All Night at all. I think had the record company tried it (tried anything!) they might have gotten some traction. Lep will usually try a funky-ish number that has cross over appeal. Hence Slang, All Night, Gravity/ Perfect Girl, Man Enough. Just like they’ll do the Photograh/ Promises/ Armageddon It’s & Back in your face/ Cmon Cmon’s. I’m really excited to hear what they’ve put together, but I am a little nervous if there’s too much Bowie or Queen-ish stuff … ( you mean that’s not out of your system yet 🤣🤦🏻♂️) It could be another “All Night” which was awful. I am still blown away there are that many tracks...I had to double take it to be sure. Equally blown away at the collaborations.
You of course never know what to expect with new albums but nonetheless some of the song titles are very fascinating.

That’s is a fantastic question! What’s the angle with, or importance of those nods? The triangle is maybe the closest cover thread to reusing, and maybe the older photos on SFTSL. So are the High n Dry and Pyro Hints, clues that the Album will be old school sounding? Otherwise why just have those 2 albums hinted on there? |

I think people are putting to much assumptiond into the crosshairs. While it did debut on Pyromania it also appeared on the covers of Hysteria, Adrenalize and vault.

I am simply absolutely thrilled with a new album and song. I don't care what genre it is, to have our fabulous Lepz doing new music at this stage of their careers, I am just thankful. Unlike so many, they aren't just mailing it in.

We went through a pandemic that took a lot of people and they are used to touring, being in contact with us, it was very hard for everybody, I can't imagine for them.... I can only be grateful. I think there are 17 songs on the CD. Or at least one version of the CD.
One is a different mix.
The other is a "Joe only" version.
