PSSOM to Feature on New Compilation CD

Didn't know where to put this , so I've put it here.
The Hairy Bikers have released a road trip rock compilation album that's got PSSOM on it.
I didn't think DL allowed their music to be used like this, am I right or have they allowed stuff on other albums ?

PSSOM and Photograph featured a few years ago on a series of rock compilations. I forget their titles now.
