It was a fun weekend and seeing Viv and LIL in little old Hinckley, MN was a bonus!
Having pit GA tickets was great, as after every band, the pit would clear to get "rehydrated" or hit the porta potties, so we always found a way back to stand ffront and center, not front row, but within pick throwing range.
Again, glad to see Vivian on stage and his side project once again!
On a side note... the "Scrap Metal" project band was a pleasant surprise! I knew nothing about that performance going into this weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Pat Travers, George Lynch, Oni Logan, Elliot Easton, Michael Sweet, Barry Goudreau, all came out and performed a couple songs they all helped make famous... Fun!
And another side note...this was also the first time I seen Skid Row since the Bach era...they were really loud and really good too!
