Has anyone in the UK managed to buy anything ? It just says error to me - perhaps they're not posting out of the USA ?

I ordered the signed DNO poster and the button pack the day the store opened. On 16 March I received an email with the subject "down and outz poster and postcard" containing the shipment tracking number. Of course I noticed the subject didn't mention the buttons but thought it probably didn't mean anything. Today the package arrived undamaged and totally sealed. The box contained only the poster. Note that the webstore says "free DNO postcard with every order", so there should have been a postcard even if I didn't order the buttons, which also include a postcard. I'm including the text of the email exchange I've had with the company.

The company, Control Industry, handles official merch sales for many artists, including Manraze. So many people, including me, had issues 3 years ago when somebody at Alias Designs was handling DNO merch orders. I hoped things would be better this time since an experienced merch distributor is handling the orders. So far I am not impressed.

Got my shirt today actually. Might have to wear it tomorrow so I can confuse the hell out of everyone that sees me in it.

So many people, including me, had issues 3 years ago when somebody at Alias Designs was handling DNO merch orders. I hoped things would be better this time since an experienced merch distributor is handling the orders. So far I am not impressed. I ordered every piece of the DNO merch back in March. The autographed poster was rolled up and secured with a piece of notebook paper (not in a separate tube or something similiar!) It was rolling around in the large box. I sent them an email asking what to do. "Hello! My package was delivered today. When I brought the box inside, I heard things moving around in the box. My order is complete. However, I am disappointed with the poster and calendars. They are rolled together, but crushed in the middle and on one end. This makes me sad, because they are limited edition and autographed. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give. Thank you very much for your time" Here is their reply: "You may return the items, as it is impossible to guarantee they do not get jostled whilst shipping. Please follow the process clearly detailed on our website." I sat and typed a nasty reply, but decided it was pointless. I did not want to return the items! I wanted them to at least apologize, they did not. I was highly disappointed with Control Industry's shipping department and customer service.
