Overall good sound (Phil's guitar was a bit low at times, for better or worse) and a great performance.
Low points: This Guitar in particular and otherwise a setlist missing out on epics and old rockers. There was time for another song without removing any in the setlist.
High points: The rest. They are very professional and put on a great show.

I'm always amazed when they trot out the standard, ballad-filled setlist at shows like this rather than swapping in some heavier tracks.

IMO they could be throwing in Let it Go, Wasted and Mirror Mirror and they would go down just as well, if not better, than some of the standard material in the set.

There's no reason they couldn't prep a rock-centric setlist for hard rock/metal oriented festivals. As they always say - 'know your audience'.

Stagefright is long overdue a comeback.
Got a feeling they may stick with TWYW as set opener forevermore, I hope not though. Would hate it to get to the stage where no matter why tour they’re on you know what song is going to open the set (a la Rolling Stones/Start Me Up)

I would say ok/good, but not great. But hard to tell since we were pretty much up front. I think many hard rock fans have gotten so used to these softer setlists, so it's not even expected to hear a lot of rockers or epics. And as a result, the interest and crowds are smaller than they could/should be. Bad marketing really. When Maiden played the night after it was much more crowded, that's for sure. I almost fall asleep though, getting bored with their new long repetetive songs.

A big chunk of this show was broadcast in Sweden on the radio. I managed to get a copy of it this week. So whilst its only selected tracks from the gig, it features:
Take what you want Let’s get rocked Animal Foolin This Guitar When love and hate collide Rocket Hysteria Pour some sugar on me Rock of ages Photograph
