Leppard nailed it. Fantastic show, given they were playing into a setting sun. Wonderful visuals. Never heard Joe sound so good. So happy.

Good crowd last night, people in seats could move from seat to seat as not allocated and could move to the pitch freely. Estimate 14000+ attendance.
Europe know what they are doing and where good openers.
Crue, Vince's vocals better than expected but low bar for that! Vince charisma free! Sound was quite bad. John 5 is fun to watch.
Leppard consummate professionals, different league to Crue.
Crowd made up of a lot of people there for evening out, Thun about 80 minutes from Zurich.
Set up nicely now for Wembley, get to see Leppard in the dark.

I agree with edward’s assessment. But I only heard 2 Crüe songs before I was picked up. Wanted to avoid the traffic! What I did hear of Vince, I thought at first he sounded ok. But they were so loud and made his voice pierce even more. Leppard sounded fantastic as always, and Europe still have it going on. The crowd seemed low key but maybe they were mainly there for Crüe, I can’t be sure. I was certainly one of the only ones enthusiastically singing along to every song. Of course the popular hits went down well. I was so happy to hear the DSH songs live. Brilliant. I managed a few good photos too I was close enough.
