I can't possibly pick 5. This album is awesome. On a side note, it's been a couple years since I've been here. Nice to be back.

-SOS Emergency -U Rok Mi -All We Need -Unbreakable -Take Want you Want
But I absolutely love Angels. It is the best ballad on the album and the lead is Awesome!!

Being an Aussie who ordered the album the day it went on pre-sale and having to wait until it arrive DownUnder made this more difficult. Combined with my working away week on/week off, didn't really help with my being able to listen (short of downloading it like I did with "Def Leppard" prior to my Fan Pack arriving in the mail, something which is harder to do these days or simply streaming it on youtube), I think the absolute stand out track, certainly for us old school rock heads would have to be Take What You Want, most often playing on repeat in my CD player!!! I do like nearly every other song on the album, but some appeal more than others. The fact that the album was so fresh and un spoilt by knowing it was coming for a long time in advance makes it so much better, and their obvious devotion to the bands and era (glam) is both commendable and awesome. Not many bands can just do something like this, and pull it off as well. "Yeah" was great, but this took it a step further. You can easily see the glam rock influences, but with an obvious Def Leppard theme (currently listening to SOS Emergency, and Phil's typical style showing for the solo!). Other than there being no Viv songs, this album is competent and listenable from start to finish, with one or two "misses" but by no means bad songs (This Guitar doesn't do it for me I'm afraid!). Anyway, I like it and am playing a few times a day while I am home from work, and have to find a new means of copying it onto my phone as my laptop doesn't have a CD player!!! Hoping they come DownUnder in the next year, as we are needing to see them again. Has been a long hard time since their ridiculously awesome Hysteria & More tour WAAAAAAAAAY back in 2018!
Got to go and play the new songs for my young bloke, so catch you later!
Hoo roo!

I think the poll for this is closed. Here are the final results:
TAKE WHAT YOU WANT - 63 votes UNBREAKABLE - 36 votes OPEN YOUR EYES - 32 votes KICK - 29 votes U ROK MI - 23 votes FROM HERE TO ETERNITY - 22 votes FIRE IT UP/SOS EMERGENCY/GIMME A KISS THAT ROCKS - 21 votes ALL WE NEED - 19 votes THIS GUITAR - 14 votes LIQUID DUST/LIFELESS - 12 votes GOODBYE FOR GOOD THIS TIME - 7 votes ANGELS (CAN'T HELP YOU NOW) - 3 votes
Observations:
- With 82 total voters, for all 82 to vote for 5, the total votes would've come to 410. 335 total votes were cast which means 75 votes were ultimately left on the table. Wondering if this is due to voting on this so early or what reason is there as to why so many did not vote for 5? - Pretty clear that TWYW is far and away the standout track on this album. I knew immediately when I first heard this that it was one of my favorite songs ever in the catalog, although it certainly wasn't clear to me then just how special this song is in the context of the album. - Surprises for me personally are UNBREAKABLE at #2, U ROK MI at #5 and ANGELS a distant last with 3 total votes. - Was hoping to see the 3 way tie of FIU/SOS/GAK broken, however to see 3 strong tracks all tied up there and in the middle of the ranking I think is a testament to how strong this album really is.
We should run this again in a year and see how this changes (or if it will change at all).

It's so hard for me to pick just five because realistically, I love the whole album. However, the rockers were the ones that really pulled me in. I also went into the record thinking I would hate Alison Krauss' songs, and ironically they ended up being my favourites. Instead of ranking the top 5, I'm ranking them all in order of favourite to least favourite.
1. Gimme A Kiss 2. All We Need 3. Kick 4. Unbreakable 5. Lifeless 6. This Guitar 7. From Here To Eternity 8. Open Your Eyes 9. U Rok Mi 10. Liquid Dust 11. Take What You Want 12. Fire It Up 13. SOS Emergency 14. Angels (Can't Help You Now) 15. Goodbye For Good This Time
Again, just my opinion, based on my very poppy taste in music. To be frank though, I love each song on this album for different reasons and I really can't fault Leppard for expanding creatively. A lot of these would be tied for Number 1, but again, I have to be realistic.

This poll was fun to see and really goes to show just how varied this band's fanbase can be. As I've listened more and more, the 5 songs for me that definitely excite me most are TWYW, Kick, SOS, Gimme A Kiss and Fire It Up in that order. These are basically my Tier 1 songs on the album and every one of these seems to have me reaching for the volume to turn it up when they come on. My Tier 2 songs are then Unbreakable, U Roki Mi, All We Need and Open Your Eyes. I enjoy all these songs too and some nice variety in this tier. They just don't quite excite me as much as the first group of songs. My Tier 3 songs are Liquid Dust and FHTE. I like these songs and they're interesting album type tracks....But at the same time I haven't found myself seeking them out or listening to them that often. They aren't skips for me though. My Tier 4 songs are Angels, Lifeless, GFGTT and This Guitar. This tier are my struggles and songs that have turned into skips. I appreciate the effort and musicianship in them but they just aren't what I want to hear when I listen to Def Leppard and I like the album much better without these songs. Clearly though, many others here feel much differently about many of the songs so what do I know lol! All I know is this album brings a bigger smile to my face than any album they've done in a long time

Thought I'd open this poll up again as we come to the end of the year.
The albums had 7 months to sit with us and I've made a change to my choices which are now:
Take what you want Kick Fire it Up Liquid Dust Gimme a kiss that rocks
