I did not mean to disappear or not contribute to this show thread...the signal I had as I said a few days ago was terrible in the stadium and got to the point where I couldn't even load a page! For those that have been around here awhile I'm usually the type to send photos/setlist or even live feed when I'm at a show. I didn't get back from the venue until super late and have been really busy with work all week.
I will admit having no signal actually did me a favor as outside of taking some pictures (which I'll get to uploading at some point) it was amazing to just soak in the show without distraction.
It's honestly incredible how good they still sound live and how well Joe sounds in general let alone this far into the tour. He did not miss a note all night! If you are talking about performances theirs stands out head and shoulders above the other bands on the bill (and that is not my bias talking). Not a surprise to any here as many of the reviews have stated as such already.
Had some good conversations with people around me as well telling Motley fans to go listen to DSH (seems like KICK is a hit amongst the casual fans) and the guy in front of me told me about his first Leppard show going back to OTTN days.
It was also fun seeing a few people that knew every word to the new songs. Joe definitely gives extra appreciation to the crowd for the cheers after the new tracks.
Overall such a refreshing experience to see them live again.
